Baby Pilates

 Okay-let's begin!  Legs in the air!  Grab your ankles!


Legs down and out!  Make a V, people!


Legs back up....


And down!


Hands together and stretch!


On your stomach and stretch your legs in the air behind you!


Roll to your back...


Umm-roll to your back.


Umm...roll to your back. (I know I've done this before.  Must be the lumpy, badly made bed.)


Or go back on your stomach!


Rest a little!

 Try again.


And success (with just one small push from mom).
